York Analytical Laboratories, Inc. (YORK) is a full service independent laboratory that provides analysis of environmental samples including water, soil, and air for regulated contaminants. With roots in air monitoring that predate the creation of the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), YORK has evolved into one of the premier full-service environmental laboratories in the Northeast. The company is still owned by its original Founder and President, Michael P. Beckerich, and managed by Robert Q. Bradley, YORK's first Managing Director. Title 7) - Clean Water Act and CERCLA/SARA (Superfund) - Land Transfer Regulations YORK has a state-of-the-art Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) developed by Promium, the most advanced and functional data management solution created specifically for environmental laboratories that test air, water and soil. Our LIMS provides us the ability to automate the data transfer process from instruments to the reporting software. Air Testing YORK continues to take a leadership role in the air quality measurement field with significant investment in equipment and instrumentation to measure volatile organics from soil vapors, vapor intrusion, indoor air and landfill gas. We provide a turnkey TO-15 sampling package of certified clean summa canisters, flow controllers and filters that have been engineered to simplify sample collection in the field. We offer variety of air sampling analyses using tedlar bags, summa canisters and charcoal tubes. YORK best-in-class courier service can drop-off and pick-up canisters direct at your office or jobsite in NY, NY or CT. This delivery service saves clients time and money by eliminating the need to package and ship out canisters via mail. Electronic Deliverables (EDDs) The YORK LIMS provides us with the power to create to a broad array of electronic deliverables packages such as EQuIS, GIS-KEY, NJDEC, NYSDEP, as well as a host of Excel-based tables. In addition, our Web access program, York ClientConnect, provides additional custom features that hep clients prepare for projects and present data to clients, such as tables related to YORK detection limits, graphs and charts on end point results, and bottle requirements. York ClientConnect is available direct from our website homepage.
